Report environmental problems to Leicester City Council

Working with our partners at Keep Britain Tidy and Capital Ambition, One Clean Leicester will help ensure environmental problems are reported to the right council team and get resolved.

How it works:
1.Check your map location.
2.Take a photo of the problem.
3.Add a brief description.
4.Pick a report category
5.Send.

When you report a problem for the first time, you’ll be sent an email asking you to confirm it was you who sent it. Your report will be submitted after you respond.

It will then appear on our One Clean Leicester website (http://oneclean.leicester.gov.uk) after it’s been checked by the team.

The reports you send can be seen by everybody along with any problems reported by other people and staff at Leicester City Council.

You can get updates on your reports at the One Clean Leicester website (http://oneclean.leicester.gov.uk).

One Clean Leicester is powered by the LoveCleanStreets api (application programming interface), which allows a range of services to post and retrieve LoveCleanStreets data.
